Director of Public Sector Decarbonisation

Ian joined Salix in 2021 as the Director of Programmes and is responsible for the delivery of all programmes that Salix runs including the Public Sector Decarbonisation Scheme, Low Carbon Skills Fund, Recycling Funds and our loans schemes in Scotland and Wales.  Ian is a Chartered Engineer and prior to joining Salix worked in the financial services industry in the UK and spent 18 years in the Army.
