Stuart is a chartered engineer working within energy services at executive level with over 25 years of experience, leading on the development and delivery of over 60 long-term energy and carbon reduction programmes across both public and private sector in the over the last 30-years. This has been achieved through engagement with a broad church of stakeholder groups to produce projects that meet customer critical success factors (including technical, operational, environmental and economic), which has in turn has enabled contract closure and funding obtained, key ingredients in the delivery of Net Zero 2050 in the UK.
