Katy Losse is Head of Environment and Climate Change at the National Audit Office (NAO). Over the course of her 18 year career at the NAO, Katy has examined a wide range of government’s net zero and environmental projects and programmes, including a 2021 report on local government and net zero in England. She has a Master’s degree in Environmental Technology from Imperial College London, and qualified as an investment analyst. In 2022 she made the ENDs report’s ‘Power List’ of the UK’s most influential environmental professionals.
