Jo Britton, Director PACE Development

BA (Hons), MBA, Neuroleadership and Certified Performance Coach (Distinction), Certified Neurosculpting© Facilitator, Certified DiSC practitioner, Certified Image and Personal Stylist

Jo designs, delivers and facilitates leadership coaching, training and professional development programmes working with entrepreneurs, Boards of Directors and Leadership teams in the manufacturing, engineering, technology, construction, professional services and public sector organisations. 

She has a passion in supporting women to develop and progress their careers, particularly in male intensive industry sectors. 

As the UK’s first and only certified Neurosculpting® facilitator, she helps you harness your brain’s plasticity so you can improve your personal and team performance. 

Jo is regularly invited to speak at Leadership Conferences on Women in Leadership, Organisational Culture and Change, Neuroplasticity, Resilience, Belief and Confidence.

Her work has been published in the trade, regional and national press. She’s a guest lecturer at Manchester Metropolitan University’s Fashion Institute on personal branding. And she has held regular slots on BBC radio and local TV.  Jo has judged the UK’s Business Awards and The CITB/NFB Women in Construction Awards. She was winner of the FL Awards and has been shortlisted in the International Coaching Awards. 

Jo has a first degree, MBA and is a certified performance coach and DISC practitioner. She’s held senior leadership positions in industry including in sales, marketing, learning & development and consultancy roles, driving change, digital and people transformation and culture, start up, scale up and strategic growth and in turnaround environments.
