These training days provide an opportunity to hear and connect with people in a way that on a usual day we may not have access to. The discussions are often open, honest and they introduce perspectives to think about.

The speakers on the day were great - a real range of approaches and opinions on the topic of women in leadership. It felt like the organiser's really understood that there isn't a one size fits all approach to this topic and provided some really inspirational speakers. It was a pleasure attending and I'd be keen to come again!

The course was really well run, with a knowledgeable speakers and inspiring guest speakers. The breakout areas allowed for more interaction with other delegates, which was interesting to hear other women's experiences.
