Harry Nutt is an experienced Trans Awareness and LGBT+ trainer and consultant. Formerly an academic lecturer, they lectured on diversity in practice, transgender awareness and queering the curriculum.

Drawing on their lived experience, Harry is passionate about creating transformative spaces for training, where people can ask questions, get things wrong, explore new ideas and try out new narratives.

Harry's professional background is in health and social care, addressing social issues such as mental health and well-being, harm minimisation with drugs and alcohol, and providing training for LGBT+ inclusive sexual health training.

They have been commissioned by housing, social services and education to provide programmes for young people who were excluded or at risk of exclusion. They have worked in mental health recovery, youth work and eco-therapeutic programmes for people with traumatic histories.

Currently, Harry coordinates the Mindline Trans+ Helpline.
