• Demonstrate an awareness of the social, legal, and healthcare issues that the transgender community faces, and explain why it is important to create supportive environments that respect their rights and needs
• Foster a more inclusive and welcoming workplace culture that encourages open dialogue and discussion around gender identity, gender expression, and transgender issues
• Demonstrate an empathetic and supportive approach towards transgender colleagues, including understanding the challenges and discrimination they may face, and learning how to support them through their transition journey
