Stephanie Reid has worked in the community and voluntary sector for over 30 years as a consultant, trainer, and developing training programmes.

In the last two years she has worked for Business in the Community as the Manager of Wellbeing & Inclusion, where she developed Menopause training for employers and staff, and this has become a driving passion for her.

In 2021 Stephanie joined Menopause Experts as the representative for Northern Ireland and ROI. Stephanie has worked with such companies as: Allstate, Danske Bank, Queen Mary’s University (London), Ulster University, Belfast City Council, First Source, Open Reach, Version 1 and Stellify Media
