Our CPD-accredited Menopause Awareness workshop helps enhance thinking and highlight the challenges faced by everyone during menopause.

This popular online event takes a closer look at the facts, science, symptoms of perimenopause and menopause, and their impact on the workplace. Managers, leaders, HR colleagues, teams and individuals will better understand the condition and how it can be supported.

The learning is designed to raise awareness among employees of all levels on the challenges faced by people during peri-menopause and menopause, share ways to help manage peri-menopause and menopause in the workplace, and know how to support women during peri-menopause and menopause.

This popular workshop is delivered in partnership with The Diversity Trust. A Community Interest Company, the Trust's mission is to 'influence social change to create a fairer and safer society’. It specialises in research, training and consultancy in equality, diversity, equity, and inclusion.
