The Coaching and Mentoring Development Programme reflects current practice, focusing on what effective coaching and mentoring looks like and drawing links to the achievement of goals.
The programme is highly self-reflective and will help you to develop a better understanding of your own strengths, weaknesses and the influence you can have on others. Youwill gain an insight into your role in building a performance-focused culture and how to maximise internal resources to build high performing teams. The Programme has been designed to help in the engagement of staff so that they become more productive and satisfied in their work.
You will experience and reflect upon different coaching approaches, develop a sound understanding of effective coaching methods, and learn how to adapt and develop your own approach to leadership within your organisation. At this level, the course will focus on individual self-awareness and how different individuals relate to others.
