The Agile Project Leadership Program, approved by the University of York, is designed to provide participants with the knowledge to confidently influence, implement, and manage projects.

Agile management offers a practical, dynamic, and simple way to lead people and projects in today's volatile, uncertain, complex, and ambiguous (VUCA) world. This program will cover the core principles of Agile, using the SCRUM framework, and will explore how Agile can impact team productivity, leadership approaches, and wellbeing in the workplace.

Through interactive presentations, activities, and open discussion, attendees will receive the tools and techniques to plan, execute, and monitor programs and projects using an Agile methodology that is best suited for them and their organization. The program is designed for real-world projects and will ensure that organizational leaders are confident in their ability to become truly Agile.
