Day 2 – Leading People Through Change
Communicating Change
- Develop strategic communication plans
- Explore techniques for clarity, trust-building, and stakeholder engagement through compelling narratives
Overcoming Resistance

- Learn strategies to manage and reduce resistance through empathy, coaching, and involvement
Leading with Emotional Intelligence
- Explore emotional intelligence as a leadership tool
- Practice self-awareness, empathy, and resilience to support others during change
Strategic Change Plan – Group Activity
- Apply change models and leadership strategies to a case study or real-life situation
- Design a strategic change leadership plan collaboratively
