Qualifications
CMI Level 7 Certificate in Leadership Coaching and Mentoring
After completing the Leadership Coaching and Mentoring Development Programme, learners have the option to progress towards a CMI Level 7 Certificate in Leadership Coaching and Mentoring. This qualification is aimed at managers and senior leaders with the authority to design and implement coaching and mentoring strategies across their organisation.
To achieve the qualification, learners must complete two written assignments of 3,000–3,500 words each. The required units are:
7015: Coaching and Mentoring within Organisational Culture
7020: Leadership Coaching and Mentoring Skills
