Alison is an experienced Operational Excellence and Strategy Consultant with a multi-industry background in senior L&D. She also works as a freelance corporate facilitator, instructional designer, thought leader and trainer for some of the UK’s most respected training companies.

With significant commercial experience, Alison specialises in complex organisational problem solving, managed service and vendor account management, route to market, leadership training, and executive coaching / business mentoring. She is a 4 x award-winning professional who has helped launch DE&I, Mental Health, Change and internal Coaching and Mentoring initiatives – all subjects she is passionate about.

Alison is a qualified Coach and Business Mentor, who continues to work alongside Warwick University in support of their Innovate UK/ICURe initiative for STEM post PhD students. She presented her first training to 10,000 delegates at Wembley Arena in the UK at 24, the same year she started her first business, and has been delivering keynotes ever since.

She has been featured in the mainstream press and on UK and German TV for her record-breaking results in training over 16,000 clients including Gartner and Google Campus on how to better communicate and connect with teams, audiences, and stakeholders up and down the business.
