The programme has been designed to meet the needs of leaders responsible for programmes or projects, and who wish to extend their skills and knowledge to embrace a number of project and programme management disciplines.

It is expected that candidates will already have a responsibility for or will be working in a programme or project management environment, although the programme is also open to people wishing to build on their leadership and management skills. The programme is pitched at a level beyond the single methodology approach which is characterised by PRINCE2. However, we will take into account candidates’ current knowledge and experience, and any previous management, project management or programme management qualifications and learning undertaken.
