Anne McCarthy is the founder of Anne McCarthy Associates where she works with clients to share her experience of change and leadership. She is Head Tutor of the Oxford Executive Leadership Programme and Deputy Chair of the University of Central Lancashire.
Prior to starting her own enterprise, Anne worked for Royal Mail where she held roles of HR Director and Group Learning and Development Director. She was responsible for delivering major change. She played a key role in reforming Royal Mail Operations, contributed to the successful privatisation and led the development of people strategy to underpin the new commercial era of the company.
A consultant, coach, and educator. Anne is now sharing her expertise across a broad range of business and not for profit organisations.
Anne is a Business Studies Graduate and Member of the CIPD.
