Terry is Head of Public Sector Delivery for the Social Value Portal and was formerly Chair of the the Local Government Association’s National Social Value Task Force.

Until June 2017, Terry was Divisional Director Commercial, Contracts and Procurement at LB Harrow and also ran LB Brent’s Procurement Team under a fully shared service.    Prior to this he was respectively Chief Procurement Officer for the London Borough of Camden and Head of Procurement for London Fire Brigade.     

Terry has held a number of Regional and National roles including Chair of the London Heads of Procurement Network and Deputy Chair of the LGA’s National Advisory Group for Procurement.
