Wei Zheng is an Associate Professor of Management and the Richard R. Roscitt Endowed Chair in Leadership at Stevens Institute of Technology. Her research, teaching, and practice lie at the intersection of leadership and diversity, answering questions such as what inclusive leadership looks like, what practices and policies enhance diversity and inclusion in organizations, how individuals grow into leaders, and how women leaders navigate gendered organizations. She has studied leadership in corporate, entrepreneurial, national laboratory, and faith-based organizations. Her research work has appeared in top scholarly outlets as well as practitioner ones such as the Harvard Business Review.
