Ippo is Respect's Head of Services, overseeing Helplines, Membership, Training, Events, Accreditation and male victims work.

Having joined Respect in 2004 to set up the Respect Phoneline, a helpline for domestic abuse perpetrators, Ippo relaunched the Men's Advice Line in 2007 as the national helpline for male victims.

Ippo has co-developed Respect's Toolkit for Work with Male Victims and the associated training for frontline workers; as well as the Respect Male Victims' Standard, UK's first accreditation scheme for organisations supporting male victims.
