Specialising in transformational change and development, at both an individual and organisational level, Mandy has an innate ability to tap into what really makes a difference to people.  She acts as a trusted partner, supporting, coaching and guiding executive teams to lead and implement people centric change programmes successfully.

Mandy is an advocate of creative leadership and is passionate about putting people at the heart of decision making.  Currently working on transforming the Employee Experience at UEL, Mandy is instrumental in delivering the People Strategy, and facilitating both operational and cultural change to optimise the environment for employees.
