Professor Diana Kloss MBE is a practising barrister and former employment tribunal judge. She is a leading authority on occupational health law and is the author of Occupational Health Law, 6^th edition, Wiley-Blackwell. Diana has three academic appointments, at Manchester, Cardiff and London South Bank Universities. She was a member of the Industrial Injuries Advisory Council and the first Chair of the Council for Work and Health for seven years, now its Hon President. She is Hon Fellow of the Faculty of Occupational Medicine of the Royal College of Physicians.
