As Head of Widening Access at the University of Derby Krisha’s key role is to provide direction and support to teams of outreach professionals working on a range of initiatives. She is responsible for strategic widening access outreach planning, development, evaluation and reporting.

Krisha has over 20 years’ experience in the area of widening participation. Her other professional interests are social mobility, addressing inequality in education and higher education policy. Krisha sits on boards for two local Uniconnect partnerships, is a member of Derby City Secondary Strategy Group and is Vice-Chair of Governors at a local secondary school.
