She has over 11 years experience in heavy equipment design and lifecycle expertise, ranging from care and education to quick-service restaurants and hospitality. Lauren has headed up two of the largest equipment dealers in the UK and was recognised as an Industry Trailblazer in 2016, and now specialises is operational and mechanical sustainability within commercial catering equipment.
