Until 2021 Paul Hogg was a senior site Estates Manager in the NHS. He was Chair of the NHS Scotland HFS MGPS National Advisory Group, plus Health Board roles of Coordinating AP(MGPS), Waste Manager, Sustainability Lead, amongst other responsibilities.

Initially a senior mechanical design engineer of lightweight military airborne radar systems, he moved into hospital redevelopment and maintenance in rural Nepal for 6 years, before entering NHS Estates for a subsequent 18 years managing Acute, Community and Mental Health facilities.
