Jahaan is passionate about the experiences of marginalised individuals and communities and how methods of innovation, such as co-creation, can be used to facilitate real social change.

She is currently supporting the DfE Children’s Social Care Innovation Programme. She also forms part of the Health Anchors Learning Network team, where she facilitates a growing understanding of how NHS organisations can effectively adopt and implement anchor missions.
