Jen has 13 years of experience in the water industry, working with both wholesale and retail sectors. She played a pivotal role in managing one of the first public sector water frameworks after the deregulation of the water market in 2017. Since then, Jen has transitioned into a public sector water specialist, focusing on initiatives to reduce water consumption, lower water costs, and enhance organisations’ understanding of ways to track the carbon footprint associated with their water usage.
