Kevin is an experienced procurement professional with a career spanning over 18 years in both the private and public sector. He is currently Head of Procurement and Contract Management at North Yorkshire County Council, leading an award winning function responsible for over £450m of annual spend.

Kevin is also the chair of YorProcure - the Strategic Procurement Group (SPG) for Heads of Procurement in the Yorkshire and Humber region, covering over £5.8bn of annual regional spend, and sits on the LGA National Advisory Group for Procurement.
