Kieran is a longstanding leader and influencer in the recruitment industry serving both private and public sector clients, including local and national government, Legal Firms, Barristers Chambers and Courts. Most recently, Kieran helped London’s Metropolitan Police Service build a complete Digital Transformation team.

Specialising in executive leadership consultation and IT ‘search’ projects, he works in partnership with his clients, guiding campaigns to ensure the best outcomes for employers and their teams. He understands the critical links between business objectives, technical expertise and social ability. It’s this knowledge of the human element that allows Kieran to successfully lead people-focused IT recruitment projects and influence organisational change supported by technology.
