Marguerite Polge De Combret is Vice President at Macquarie Capital, based in London. Marguerite joined Macquarie in 2018 as part of the debt advisory team, within Macquarie Capital’s broader M&A team – she is responsible for leading advisory mandates across energy & infrastructure, including renewables, transportation, and core+ sectors. She primarily leads across acquisition processes, refinancings and restructurings. She also provides expertise to Macquarie’s investment teams on the financing of the Group’s own investments in energy & infrastructure. Before joining Macquarie, Marguerite worked at BNP Paribas based out of Hong Kong and then London, within Shipping & Offshore and Infrastructure respectively, where her role was divided across arranging and advisory. Marguerite holds an MBA from ESSEC Grande Ecole and HKUST.
