In his role as Chief Digital Officer, Nathan Marsh works with leaders and over 500 colleagues from Turner & Townsend across the world who are committed to making improvements to client’s business transformation and infrastructure programme delivery, through the use of smart and resilient digital systems and better quality, more insightful and well secured data. He has over 25 years’ experience of successfully driving economic, social and environmental value creation across PE backed, FTSE listed and international businesses, working predominantly in the UK, Europe and the US. He has worked with Aon, McKinsey & Co, EY, Costain and Atkins, as well as being seconded into Government bodies to help design, set-up and deliver digital transformation as well as capital programmes, leveraging a range of technology solutions to transform performance. Nathan has been part of the CBI Digital Ethics Advisory Board; A founding board member of Meridian (Now Zenzic) that steers the design and deployment of connected and autonomous vehicles across the UK; the inaugural Chair of the Liverpool LEP; Is an industry speaker at key events and round tables; He is also a board advisor to VC and PE backed tech start-ups. Nathan spent seven years as a British Army Officer and has also played professional rugby.
