As a founding director of Change Network, Kate is passionate about making a positive difference to public services by enabling transformation that sticks. Bringing people, process and technology together, she has worked in, and with, councils large and small, to deliver digitally enabled change for more than 20 years. Kate has also led multiple projects for the LGA and worked with councils to co-create the LGA's Transformation Capability Framework.

Outside of the day job, Kate is a Non Executive Director and Chair of Governance at a registered housing provider in the North and a Trustee for community assets in her Greater Manchester home town.
