Ade is CTO at the Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea. His remit includes strategic business engagement, new / disruptive technology, architecture and data strategy. A key area of his current work is understanding how process modelling and simulation can be used to rapidly understand and evaluate alternative service operating models as a means of addressing the urgent need for service transformation. Ade has worked across several sectors over the last twenty years, including legal, automotive, publishing, healthcare, retail and non-profit. Leveraging new technology to deliver change and business improvement has been a consistent theme. He is also a Certified Information Privacy Professional, an area that is becoming increasingly important as more effort is delivered to enabling efficient public sector services through data driven decision making and where there is much sensitivity around the management and use of personal data. Outside of his public sector role he advises non-profit organisations on technology strategy, cyber security and data privacy.
