Dawn has strategic responsibility for the development of all educational resources Life Lessons produces. She actively engages in research and impact evaluation of a range of approaches, theories and areas related to pastoral education, and ensures similar rigour and critical evaluation is applied to the development of everything Life Lessons produces. She is passionate about supporting young people to navigate the complex and uncertain world with confidence and positivity. 

A qualified teacher and leader, Dawn has a wealth of experience in supporting educational professionals to understand and implement evidence-based approaches for inclusion and engagement in classrooms around the world, and to develop high-quality and impactful curricula. 

In her spare time, she enjoys being in the sea, reading and drinking tea.
