Adil Ghani

Revised Recruitment Group and The Ability People

Lead Consultant

Adil’s story is all about resilience, believing in yourself, and understanding that everyone has strengths. It’s a reminder that challenges don’t have to hold you back—they can help you grow stronger.

Adil lives with limb-girdle muscular dystrophy, a rare condition that affects his muscles over time. But rather than letting this define him, it has helped him build a mindset of resilience and determination. He focuses on making the most of every opportunity and not being limited by challenges.

He has also spent over fifteen years supporting disabled children in sport through his work with the Panathlon Challenge, showing his commitment to inclusion and helping others succeed.

Adil started speaking to large audiences at just fourteen years old, sharing his story with humour and honesty. His message is simple but powerful: “Take every opportunity that comes your way.”
