Senior SEND Advisor

Hannah graduated from the University of Oxford with a degree in Experimental Psychology before training as a primary school teacher. Following that, she worked as a SENDCo and is now a Senior SEND Advisor at a London local authority. Hannah’s role involves supporting school leadership teams to develop their SEND provision, leading on projects and delivering training on SEND practice. Her particular interests lie within neuro-affirming practice and strategic school leadership of SEND, and she has conducted research into life skills education as part of her Masters degree in Special and Inclusive Education. Hannah is autistic and co-chairs a Neurodiversity Staff Network.
