Michelle Robinson is Associate Director at Prime plc, where she works with NHS organisations to develop and deliver complex healthcare infrastructure and transformation programmes. With more than 20 years' experience in healthcare finance, Michelle brings extensive expertise in strategic finance, business planning, capital investment, business case development and approvals processes.
Before joining Prime, Michelle held senior finance roles across a number of NHS organisations, including NHS England’s New Hospitals Programme, University Hospitals Dorset NHS Foundation Trust and Dorset County Hospital NHS Foundation Trust. This experience gives her a deep understanding of NHS governance, funding routes and decision-making processes.
Michelle has successfully supported the Dorset health system in securing more than £550 million of capital investment and works closely with NHS partners to develop viable, deliverable schemes that support service transformation and improved patient outcomes. She is passionate about helping healthcare organisations navigate complex investment decisions and unlock opportunities for long-term estate and infrastructure improvement.
