Helen joined NHS Property Services in 2015 and has progressed to Hard FM Compliance Lead, where she leads assurance for statutory and mandatory building compliance across the estate. Her role covers governance, maintenance, certification, remedial management, reporting and digital transformation. Helen promotes risk-based, evidence-led compliance through workflows,  e-Certification and e-Logbooks, supporting safe, compliant and well-assured healthcare environments nationwide.
