With a background in construction technology and innovation gained at Nemetschek and Glodon Group, Pavlina has collaborated with professionals across the construction lifecycle, from planning to maintenance.

She believes in a people-first approach and that technology should be implemented in a sustainable way, to enable professionals to simply do their job more efficiently without being overloaded with tools. Pavlina is particularly enthusiastic about the potential of AI to optimise processes within the Built Environment.
