Max joined NEF in March 2025 as a Senior Economist in the Social Policy team. Previously, he worked at the National Institute of Economic and Social Research (NIESR) on topics relating to living standards and the macroeconomy. He holds an MPA in Economic Policy from the London School of Economics.
