Lena Abdu is Director of Transformation at Alliance for Better Care CIC (ABC), a GP federation supporting 77 NHS practices across Surrey and Sussex. She leads programmes in inclusion health and integrated care, which includes ABC's Refugee and Asylum Seeker Service. A qualified EMCC coach and Workforce Race Equality (WRES) practitioner, Lena brings a strong focus on equity, staff experience and leadership development to her work. With a background in system transformation and partnership working, she is committed to creating joined-up, equitable services that improve access, outcomes and wellbeing.
