Anthony is the CEO of Ambition Community Trust, a new trust founded on the principles of Relational Inclusion. A teacher for 28 years, he began his career as an English teacher and has held senior leadership roles across six schools in five authorities. He holds a National Professional Qualification in Executive Leadership and a Diploma in Trauma and Mental Health (Practitioner Status), and is currently studying for an MSc in Emotional Intelligence. An established keynote speaker and published author, his first book, Educating Everyone: An Introduction to Relational Inclusion in Schools, was released in 2025. His second book, Seeing Children Differently, will be published in September 2026, with his third, Surviving and Thriving in School Leadership, due for publication in 2027. Passionate about addressing root causes rather than symptoms, Anthony’s work focuses on understanding the challenges faced by young people and their communities.
