Kayleigh Larne is Head of Service for the Schools and Colleges Early Clinical Support Service at Anna Freud, where she leads a national remote mental health service supporting young people aged 11 to 25, alongside the parents, carers and education professionals around them. The service brings together evidence-based early intervention, consultation, training and whole-school support, with a strong focus on accessibility, inclusion and sustainable partnership working.

Kayleigh is a psychologist by background, with experience spanning clinical practice, education and national workforce development. She previously worked clinically in the NHS before moving into local authority leadership as a Head of Mental Health and has worked extensively with schools and colleges to strengthen approaches to mental health, neurodiversity, inclusion and wellbeing.

Her work focuses on translating psychological evidence into practical, relational and realistic approaches that help education settings respond earlier to need, strengthen belonging and build sustainable systems of support around children and young people.
