Bethan McCaw is Assistant Director for Place at the Greater Manchester Combined Authority. She leads the team responsible for the GM Integrated Pipeline, Growth Locations Programme, GM Development Forum and the Regeneration Skills Academy, and is housing supply lead for the city‑region’s Housing First ambitions. Bethan works closely with local authorities and development partners to bring forward investable, deliverable schemes that support sustainable, inclusive growth and the good growth ambitions of the Greater Manchester Strategy. Her previous experience includes delivering strategic housing projects internationally with the Housing Projects team at Vancouver City Council, Canada, and driving government investment and support during her time at the Homes & Communities Agency (now Homes England).
