Carol has a thirty-year work history with roles in a variety of sectors such as cultural industries, housing and transport, encompassing a huge variety of organisations from global commercial operations and huge public sector bureaucracies, to much, much smaller entities such as housing co-ops and business start-ups as well as large and small charities and third sector organisations. She started at Runnymede seven years ago and has now joined the Research Team as an Analyst having completed an MRes at Goldsmiths University in 2021. Carol is a trained facilitator, recently completing a project with NCCPE fusing Action Learning with racial equity in public engagement practice. At Runnymede, her most recent research has been focussed on the salience of Ethnicity Pay Gap reporting and, separately, although connected, how and why black and minority frontline workers' are not accessing to flexible working arrangements using employer-based research and peer research methods.
