Alessandro joined OVO in September 2020 to help them bring their belonging aspirations to life. He brings 15 years of international experience across different sectors and continents, and a clear focus on building inclusive cultures where diverse talent can truly thrive. Alessandro considers himself a disruptor, an innovator interested in meaningful and lasting change and was attracted by OVO’s ambitious vision and courage to change the world. In his spare time, Alessandro volunteers for the Peter Tatchell Foundation, Pride in London, and as an Olympic Park Champion (2012 Legacy). His favourite colour is green and he loves chocolate!
