Lutfur Ali, Chartered FCIPD, is Senior Policy Advisor for the CIPD and is also a Non-Executive Director for the Business Continuity Institute (BCI). He is an acclaimed leadership figure who has enabled the development and delivery of equalities policy, strategy, culture change and ethical application of technology in organisations to unlock people’s potential and improve business performance and growth. He is passionate about equalities of outcomes being a catalyst for transformation and improvement. Lutfur has also serve on several landmark Judicial Inquiries and Task Forces including the Zahid Mubarak Inquiry, the Prime Ministers Prevent Task Force and the International Ministerial Working Group on Illegal Working.
