Amy (she/her) has been working with technology teams for over a decade and currently works for a global tech consultancy called Thoughtworks. She is Head of Diversity, Equity & Inclusion for Thoughtworks Europe, is a curious and adaptable leader and passionately advocates for social justice and a more equitable future for all. She has been a driving force in Thoughtworks being recognised as a Stonewall Top 100 employer and her work covers everything from gender equality to race & ethnicity, disability, neurodiversity, social mobility and mental health to religion and belief. Included on the Northern Power Women's Futures list, she was named as a Trans Ally at the 2023 Trans in the City awards and she cares deeply about uplifting those who often go overlooked, underserved or unheard.
