Carole Spiers FISMA, FPSA, MIHPE is an international Business Stress Consultant and currently serves as the Chair of the International Stress Management AssociationUK (ISMAUK).  On their behalf, she founded Stress Awareness Day in 1998 and to recognise its anniversary in 2018, established International Stress Awareness Week in 2018.

She is CEO of the Carole Spiers Group, an international stress management and wellbeing consultancy. With her background in psychology, Carole has over 25 years of experience as an industry expert on how to reduce stress and manage organisational change.   She shows organisations how they can profit from a healthy workplace culture by building resilience for improved health and wellbeing.

As an international Motivational Speaker, Carole has provided keynote addresses at international conferences and seminars in the UK, Europe, and Middle East. She is regularly called upon by the international press and media for comment.

She has published books such as Tolley’s "Managing Stress in the Workplace" and "Show Stress Who's Boss!"  

Carole is a Fellow and past President of the Professional Speaking Association. She has worked with clients across industries, including finance, legal, insurance and tech.
