Mark Naylor is an Associate at With-you Consultancy Ltd, where his rich lived and learned experience complements the organisation’s commitment to peer-based approaches in fresh and dynamic ways. Mark is also a serving police officer with 15 years’ experience of delivering training. He has tutored new officers and detectives, and was an NVQ assessor for many years. He is now heavily involved in both delivering and training in debriefing, negotiation and peer support work within the organisation. He has presented to police officers, NHS and other organisations on shame and sexual abuse from a lived experience perspective. He has contributed to many publications including, most recently, a chapter focussed on the need for organisations to support victims and colleagues when making and receiving reports of historic abuse.
