Michael has worked both operationally and strategically, across a range of international industries and functions for over 25 years. A qualified Executive Coach, Michael has made a significant difference to the outlook, capability and careers of many leaders and managers. 

Michael’s career spans numerous field and senior leadership roles across retail, technology, facilities and hospitality. He has worked for a number of leading organisations including Tesco, Asda, Iceland, Apple and Haven where he acquired significant experience leading large-scale teams. A coach and trainer specialising in resilience, wellbeing and mental performance, Michael prides himself on his positive and enthusiastic approach, building trust and creating safe environments for learning and transformation to be explored and expanded. Michael works with clients on their growth plans, culture programmes and change initiatives, bringing his knowledge of learning, neuroscience and behavioural flexibility to accelerate commercial outcomes.

Drawing on his extensive experience, and in combination with a number of development tools, Michael helps individuals to flourish and achieve their aspirations in congruence with their values and identity. Michael is a Post Graduate Coach, ICF Accredited, Master NLP Practitioner, Insights Discovery Licensed Practitioner, Belbin Practitioner and holds a certificate in Applied Neuroscience. He is also an Accredited Instructor Trainer for Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) England.
